Right of complaint
At Patchwork Copenhagen, we stand by the quality of our products. You enjoy a 2-year warranty period under the Sales of Goods Act. This warranty specifically covers material and manufacturing defects. Depending on your situation, you have the flexibility to exchange the item, receive a refund, or enjoy a discount. Please note, this warranty does not cover damages resulting from mishandling. Your responsibility is to notify us of any issues within a "reasonable time" after discovering them. We believe in hassle-free service; we'll handle return costs within sensible limits. For returns, warranty claims, or exercising your right of withdrawal, simply send your items to:

Please note, we don't accept cash-on-delivery shipments. Your satisfaction is our priority.
When you shop with us, the payment will only be deducted when the item/items are shipped.
Refund
If a refund is applicable, please include bank details such as account number and reg. number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided safely via email or other electronic means, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
There is a full 14-day right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day:
You receive the order
Acquire the last item in physical possession when it concerns several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple installments.
You must bear the cost of returning the goods.
The withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of the purchase, and the return must be made no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The notification must be made by email to info@patchworkcph.com.
In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, remember to include a note with your order number so that we can locate you in the system. Please note that the right of withdrawal cannot be used when something is custom made or made-to-order.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the item without simultaneously providing clear notice of this.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item that results from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you regret the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive a full refund, you must try the item without actually putting it into use.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid us. In the case of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to use the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
Shipping Policy:

Tracking: For most orders, we offer tracking options. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Made-to-Order Items: If you've ordered a made-to-order product, please note that these items are handmade and can take between 1-2 months to produce before they are ready for shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Delivery Address: Ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays. We cannot be responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Receipt of Items: Upon receiving your package, please check the contents immediately. If there are any issues, contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

Payment Policy:
Patchwork Copenhagen accepts payments via Visa/Dankort and MobilePay. Your card will be charged only when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT.

Shipping
We pack and send your order with GLS & PostNord, which usually delivers your items within 2-5 business days. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates start from 49 DKK.
Note: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup point, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.
