Orders

When can I expect to get my product?

We aim to complete an order within 2-8 weeks, depending on the nature of the order. In some cases, it may take longer, and if so, we will notify you via email. As a small workshop, we prioritize taking the time to create a finely crafted product with meticulous attention to detail.

How do I pay for my custom-made product?

Once you've approved the design, we will send you an invoice, or you can choose to pay with MobilePay or PayPal.

Can I get my money back for a custom-made order?

For custom-made orders, the product is crafted specifically according to your preferences, design, and measurements. Therefore, the product cannot be returned, and refunds are not available. However, if there are defects in the product from our side, we will gladly take the product back, rectify the issue, or create a new product if necessary. We will cover the return shipping costs.
